Notice Regarding Issuance of Unsecured Bonds (SDGs Promotion Private Placement Bonds) Issued by Axis Corporation and Resona Bank
Axis Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Representative Director: Yudai Suenaga, hereinafter “our company”), on September 26, 2022, Resona Bank Co., Ltd. (Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, hereinafter “Resona Bank”) as a financial agent and issued the first unsecured bonds as an underwriter.

We operate a recruiting business specializing in supporting the independence of young business people in their twenties, a career coaching business “Magicary”, and a job change media. The funds acquired through this private placement bond issuance will be used as investment funds for business expansion to expand the scale of the business and further improve services to customers.
In addition, this bond is Resona Bank’s “SDGs promotion private placement bond”, in which 0.1% of the private placement bond issuance amount is donated to an SDGs-related organization (Japan Student Services Organization).
