In the “Deep Dive Camp” project, we visit regional/regional companies called local ventures that face deep issues, companies and NPOs engaged in social business in Japan and overseas, and observe, experience, and talk about the efforts of each company. I will ask. In addition, by combining the participants’ own reflection and
discussion, we aim to find the essence of the problem while raising the participants’ sense of ownership, and aim to solve the problems of the companies and organizations we visit, cultivating leadership as a party and putting it into practice. This is a participatory training. It is ideal for individuals, corporations, teams, and managers who are in charge of management and new businesses who are interested in social business.
