The vegan bread specialty store “Te cor gentil” operated by CHRISTINA JAPAN Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Shota Mori) will open in Minato-ku, Tokyo from Saturday, October 22, 2022. Grand opening in Azabu Juban.
On October 22, 2022 (Saturday), we will open a vegan specialty bakery in front of Tsunashiro Park near Azabu Shopping Street in Azabujuban. Te cor gentil is a coined word that combines the French words terre (earth), corps (body) and gentil (gentle).
We will develop a bakery that is friendly to the earth, animals, and people’s bodies.
Since we do not use any butter, eggs, or milk, we have adopted our own manufacturing method, and we always offer 20 to 25 types of various breads that do not compromise on taste.
(croissant, maritozzo, delicatessen bread, etc.)

The menu is supervised by Chef Yoshinori Aoyagi, who has been active as the youngest chef ever in the bakery department of a certain foreign-affiliated 5-star hotel, and has won the Asian bread making competition.
After that, he worked as a chef at “Nanska Panska”, which is famous in Harajuku. In addition, Rieko Otani, a bread advisor who visited 3,000 bakeries in Japan and overseas, is involved in the operation of the bakery. During the pre-opening period, people waited in line for up to two hours after the store opened every day, and by around 3:00 p.m., all the products were sold out.
In addition, we have prepared many tricks that will make you want to take pictures when you step into the store, so we would like you to actually come and enjoy the store.
