■ Background

Therefore, this time, we have concluded an agreement with the aim of cooperating in the removal support of owners of vacant houses that are in a state of poor management in Koryo-cho and contributing to the promotion of proper management of vacant houses. In Honcho, in March 2018, we formulated the “Koryo Town Vacant Home Countermeasure Plan” and have implemented various measures from the four perspectives of “prevention,” “utilization,” “elimination,” and “promotion.” However, due to the declining birthrate and aging population in the future, the number of vacant houses is expected to increase further.
We hope that this agreement will promote the removal and utilization of vacant houses and prevent the occurrence of poorly managed vacant houses in the future.

Business description: Matching about 1,600 specialized construction companies nationwide with owners in the field of demolition work Operates bulk quotation web service “Crasone”
(*1) Including the results of the old service “Kurasone Dismantling” (*2) Launched a completely free “Crasone Security Guarantee Pack”, a new service to eliminate the anxiety of disposing of vacant houses (September 29, 2020) https://www.crassone.co.jp/news/release18 / [“Crasone” service overview]
The new service “Crasone”, which was rolled out nationwide in April 2020, is a comprehensive estimate web service that matches
approximately 1,600 specialized construction companies nationwide with owners in the field of demolition work. As a feature, you can introduce excellent demolition construction companies just by entering property information. By directly introducing the construction company to the client, we can eliminate the multiple subcontracting structure of the construction company and lead to a reduction in construction costs, as well as introducing the optimal construction company according to the client’s desired conditions. The management provides support from consultation on the contents of the estimate to the completion of the construction, and electronic contracts are used for exchanging contracts, so everything can be completed online. Clients can browse the construction company’s reviews and construction results, and by using the “Crasone Peace of Mind Guarantee Pack” (free), which combines a start money guarantee and a completion guarantee, it is possible to carry out construction with peace of mind.
In addition, we also provide a “demolition cost simulator” that allows you to grasp the approximate cost of demolition work in as little as one minute. It has been adopted for two years in a row as a model project for countermeasures against vacant houses that utilizes the housing market. By accelerating the consideration of dismantling vacant houses through this project, we will work to solve the social issue of the ‘vacant house problem’ and promote the ‘end of life’ that has been attracting attention in recent years.
