Participated in Elephantech Co., Ltd.’s third-party allotment D&I Investment Co., Ltd.* (hereinafter “D&I”) has acquired the shares of Elephantech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Elephantech”). (Company release: https://www.elephantech.co.jp/press/press_release_20221017/ ) Elephantech is one of the few full-fledged manufacturing venture companies in Japan that develops innovative manufacturing technology that significantly reduces water, resources, and energy in printed circuit board manufacturing. It is an epoch-making product that can reduce CO2 emissions by 77% and water consumption by 95%.
Also worthy of special mention is the fact that substrates
manufactured using Elephantech’s technology have already been adopted for mass production. We will take a big step towards “realizing a sustainable world through resource-saving and energy-saving
manufacturing technology”.
D&I feels the significance of becoming a member of Elephantech at this important time, and will continue to actively invest in venture companies that aim to solve social issues.

In 2005, he established Naturali Co., Ltd., which sells advanced medical equipment. In 2020, we established the Tokyo PCR Sanitation Laboratory, a registered hygiene laboratory. In 2021, he established D&I Investment Co., Ltd. and assumed his current position.
President: Tetsuji Fuwa Biography: 2003, Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tokyo. After working in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs Securities, joined Morgan Stanley Investment Management. 2019 Director of the company. Member of the company’s Sustainability Council, parent company Morgan Stanley’s Japan ESG Committee, and Japan D&I Council. In 2021, Director of Naturali Co., Ltd. (current position). Current position from 2021. Director: Haruka Terada Biography: Passed the bar exam in 2006. 2007 Graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law. After completing legal training, joined Nishimura & Asahi Law Office. From 2015 to 2016, he was seconded to the legal department of Mitsubishi Corporation (America). In 2016, Director of Naturali Co., Ltd. (current position). Current position from 2021.
