As the first step, we have decided to sell 10,000 generative art works “Generativemasks (https://generativemasks.io/)” whose colors change with each drawing.

“DMM.make physical NFT ART project” is an initiative that aims to present the diversity of artist activities through the sale of NFT art created by 3D printing, and to create a system that allows artists to engage in sustainable activities.
The 10,000 pieces of generative art work “Generativemasks” that changes color with each drawing, which has been decided to be sold as the first step, is an NFT art project launched in 2021 by creative coder Shunsuke Takao. “Generativemasks” is an extension of the activity called “Daily Coding”, which is a casual visual coding activity, and is a work created by Mr. Takao. I was. In addition, the sales of these products were donated to organizations and companies related to generative art, and the General Incorporated Foundation Generative Art Promotion Foundation was established to utilize funds for activities to spread generative art. increase.
Furthermore, since Generativemasks is a work based on the p5.js code, we have also succeeded in producing a 3D version of Generativemasks based on that algorithm. This 3D version of Generativemasks was created by artist Ayumu Nagamatsu. It is also a hot topic that the 3D version was airdropped for NFT holders of the regular edition. In this project, we have also succeeded in producing a 3D printed version of the 3D version of Generativemasks, which will be available for sale at DMM.make.
