We invited Mr. Masahiro Kimura (Kimura Trainer), a trainer for top athletes, to give a lecture. Kimura Trainers support athletes who are active in the world, including Olympic athletes and major leaguers, as well as children. It was also supported during the tryout challenge of Director Tsuyoshi Shinjo.
In the first half, the theme was “Four important things as a sports trainer to become ‘immediately effective’.” We have explained with examples from a wide range of athletes.
