“Wings of Kyushu/Okinawa” has been installed on all 14 aircraft of Solaseed Air. Flags Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as our company) announces that Adlet (R) AD, which is developed and deployed by the company, will be introduced for the first time in an aircraft in-flight toilet. Introduced to the in-flight toilet operated by Solaseed Air Co., Ltd. Adlet (R) AD is an enlightenment/advertisement sticker paper that exhibits deodorant, antibacterial, and antiviral functions due to the hydrated lime applied to the surface of the sheet. Originally developed by utilizing the product developed as a toilet seat “Adlet (R)”.
At our company, we have cooperated with (one company) DMO Yatsushiro and have been working to spread Adlet (R) AD.
Among them, with the cooperation of Solaseed Air, a local airline, we were able to adopt it.
Solaseed Air has created posters to raise awareness about smoking bans onboard, and posted them in the cabin toilets. By changing this poster to Adlet (R) AD and creating it, we can provide customers with safe and comfortable air travel by enlightening people about smoking cessation and deodorizing, antibacterial, and antiviral functions. Adlet (R) AD is an enlightenment/advertising seal paper with a design printed on a sheet coated with hydrated lime. Basically, it is developed in a sheet form, but this time, according to Solaseed Air’s specifications (triangular POP), a separate dedicated pedestal was created and Adlet (R) AD was attached to the pedestal. Adlet (R) AD can be cut into various shapes and can be bent in the same way as general paper products. Taking advantage of these properties, we have created a dedicated adlet (R) AD that meets the needs of our customers.
Adlet (R) AD is a product that specializes in advertising in toilets, and is still posted in JR Kumamoto Station’s conventional
line/shinkansen toilets and Kumamoto City Hall toilets. In the future, we will jointly develop with DMO Yatsushiro as a product that can communicate to specific customers such as health checkups and cancer screenings in the toilets of various facilities and further improve the toilet environment.
