・Intention to change jobs
One out of three respondents answered that they were thinking about changing jobs, and when looking by gender, there was a tendency for men to have a higher intention to change jobs.

On the other hand, when looking at annual household income, there are differences depending on the annual income group, and about 40% of the annual income group of 4 million yen or more and 7 million yen or less answered that they are considering changing jobs.

The majority was 52.53% who “want to do a job that is genuinely fun”, followed by 49.49% who were “dissatisfied with salary and treatment”, 26.26% who “cannot hope for promotion or career advancement”, and ” 23.23% said they were dissatisfied with the company’s evaluation system, followed by 22.22% who said, “The company atmosphere and human relations are bad.”
