The word “diversity” has become commonplace, and companies are beginning to incorporate diversity into their management, revitalizing their hiring of human resources and business activities.
Until now, human resources were generally regarded as one of the “resources” that are said to be people, things, and money. has been redefined as “capital” as a driving force for corporate activities, including the creation of innovation that makes use of diversity, and is changing to an investment target. Investing in employees helps improve the company’s brand and realize the sustainability of the company and society beyond.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law, Chuo University, joined a consulting company of the Kyocera Group as a new graduate. Based on Kyocera’s “Amoeba management” consulting method, we support mainly major companies. Joined Link and Motivation Group. Engaged in corporate brand consulting and culture reform consulting. Having experienced nearly 50 companies in anniversary projects, he is good at designing anniversary projects that lead to “mid- to long-term brand creation and organizational culture change” rather than “just skyrocketing”.

After graduating from Tokyo Metropolitan University of Science and Technology, joined NEC Home Electronics. In 2000, he moved to NEC and was in charge of product planning and marketing for mobile phones and smartphones. Since 2013, he has been in charge of corporate brand strategy, involved in rebranding to transform into a social value creation company, and formulating a long-term vision through the NEC Future Creation Conference.
