Fresco Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, President and CEO: Fumikazu Akutsu, hereinafter referred to as the Company) is the second phase of the medium-term management plan “New Five-Year Plan Fresco Vision 2026” (FY2021-FY2025). In fiscal 2022, we have identified important issues (materiality) based on the purpose of our philosophy, and set measures and KPIs to address.

This time, we have formulated themes for each of the three areas based on our purpose, and identified four important issues that can contribute to society and the environment as well as corporate growth. These are linked to business strategies and corporate activities based on the medium-term management plan. By pursuing corporate profits, we will set specific targets and work to ensure that various
