We are pleased to inform you that we have started accepting trial admissions for the “Restaurant School”, a craftsman training school that nurtures and produces human resources who will be responsible for “Japanese food culture” such as , yakitori, soba, udon, and ramen.
Acceptance of sushi and yakitori “experience-based admission” is now open! This October, the “Sushi Chef Course” and the “Yakitori Chef Course” opened at the “Restaurant School”. We have started accepting admissions. At ordinary culinary schools, a separate plan is prepared for trial admission, but at our school, which has the theme of “super practical”, you will take classes with the students. You can experience what you can learn and what skills you can acquire by taking actual classes such as handling and making sushi, skewering and grilling yakitori.
