The Aichi Esports Union (Location: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; Representative Director: Masahiro Katagiri) will hold the 22nd Aichi-Nagoya Esports Study Group on October 19, 2022 (Wednesday). ■ Background of this event
The Aichi E-Sports Union is based on the philosophy of “creating dreams, creating industries, and responding to society”. We are working to develop human resources.
So far, we have held 21 business events to study issues and their possibilities through advanced cases of esports business. The 22nd lecture will be titled “I want to try something in e-sports…” and will give a lecture on advanced cases in Japan.
Among them, Mr. Yu Matsui, CEO of Groove Think Co., Ltd., will take the stage and answer your questions. It will be an opportunity to listen to a story unique to a closed place.

Yu Matsui
CEO of Groove Think Co., Ltd. After winning numerous competitions as a game player, started working as a freelance writer in 1995. Involved in building game communities and numerous game promotions, including large-scale events such as “World Cyber Games” and “Red Bull 5G”. Director of IGDA International Game Developers Association Japan. Many lectures on e-sports in Japan and overseas. Takeshi Matsuyama
Born in 1985, 37 years old. In 2016, joined Shinto Tsushin Co., Ltd., engaged mainly in supporting corporate advertising activities as an advertising agency sales representative. In 2018, he learned about the overseas esports market and culture, launched a project team, and mainly promoted the planning and management of esports events. Given the inability to hold customer-attracting events due to the corona crisis and the marketability of e-sports in Japan, we will approach the use of e-sports to solve social issues and promote e-sports businesses with local governments and governments. . Achievements expanded by team members.
From both corporate and governmental approaches, I felt the challenges of raising funds and the challenges of creating benefits as esports issues in local areas at the moment, and encountered a system called “corporate version hometown tax”.
Including e-sports, we are engaged in system promotion activities as one method of regional revitalization.

Yuusuke Matsushima
Born in 1988, 34 years old. In 2011, he graduated from HAL Nagoya, a vocational school, and joined the NTP Group NT System (now NTP System Co., Ltd.). Involved in the development of in-house core systems for NTP Group companies as a programmer and system engineer.
In 2017, he was seconded to NT Seventh Co., Ltd., a group company. Involved in the launch of the NTP Group’s drone business. Since then, he has worked as a drone instructor at a drone school. From the spring of 2019, he also served as a drone instructor as the main person in charge of launching the e-sports business formulated in the
medium-term management plan.
In 2022, he became the manager of NTP Esports PLAZA. NTP Esports PLAZA grand opening on September 24th.

Currently, as an independent advertising agency, we mainly support corporate advertising activities on a nationwide scale.

Aichi E-Sports Federation aims to “control e-sports in the area centered on Aichi and Nagoya and contribute to the development of the economy and society through the spread and promotion of e-sports”. We have changed the name and have been certified as a local branch of the Japan eSports Union (JeSU).
