Announcement of the theme of the event.

General Incorporated Association ALIVE (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yasuhiko Shoji), which operates Japan’s largest “cross-border learning type next-generation leader development project”, started on October 3, 2022.
We will inform you about the details of the new project. This time, it will be held simultaneously in the West Japan area and the East Japan area for the first time. In this release, we introduce the five project themes and the scenery of Session 1 that was held the other day. In addition, the theme (provisional) of the project starting in January 2023 is also introduced in advance. We are still recruiting members for the secretariat, so please check the details below. This project (training for companies) started in 2017 with a focus on the East Japan area. Over the past six years, a total of 194 companies and 954 people have participated. (*1) “Cross-border learning” is to gain new learning outside the framework of the company or department to which you belong.

What is “ALIVE Project”?
|We want to bring about change in business people, companies, and the world by connecting business resources with the ideas of social groups.
Approximately 60 business leaders from multiple companies who participate in the real issues facing social organizations are assigned to multiple mixed teams regardless of industry or industry, and solve the issues through a total of 4 sessions over 3 months. do the resolution. Each team will be accompanied by a team supporter (manager class selected from participating companies) to support leadership development such as reflection.

1. Utilize idle facilities (including vacant houses and vacant stores) to create corporate satellite offices in FY2026
Attract 10 companies.
2. By 2025, a total of 10,000 people will be involved in the planning and operation of community participation programs that make use of the likes and strengths of foreign housewives/househusbands.
3. Propose a method to increase the number of beach cleanup
participants to 10,000 in Miyagi no Umi by 2023.
4. +100 by 2025. Propose a mechanism and measurement method for people who come to “play” to migrate.
5. A new mechanism that keeps the city and Kyotango involved (a city where 100 projects will be implemented by 2025)
