The main dish is roasted Kuroge Wagyu beef fillet that is cooked in a simple way to bring out the flavor. Please enjoy with red wine sauce. Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo’s Christmas cake, which is gaining popularity every year, will be prepared as a “Strawberry Shortcake” made with organic ingredients this year, and reservations will be accepted in limited quantities.
“Strawberry Shortcake” is a moist baked sponge dough placed in a circle made of Valrhona Orelis chocolate, which uses natural-oriented brown sugar. Vanilla syrup is poured into the dough, and fresh strawberries are sandwiched with vanilla whipped cream.
