With the recent corona crisis, the number of companies introducing telework has increased, and the digitalization of corporate operations is progressing rapidly.
In addition, the accounting department, which handles many forms such as invoices, will not only support telework, but also the revised Electronic Book Preservation Law in January 2022 and the enforcement in October 2023. The need to digitize accounting operations is increasing from the perspective of responding to the invoice system that was introduced earlier.
Against this background, we have concluded a partnership agreement with TIS. Both companies will jointly expand the spread of the “BtoB Platform” series, including “BtoB Platform Invoice”, and promote the digitization of corporate back-office operations.
– About system cooperation with expense settlement cloud service “Spendia” provided by TIS –
We will start system collaboration between the expense reimbursement cloud service “Spendia” provided by TIS and the invoice cloud service “BtoB Platform Invoice” provided by our company.
With this linkage, the billing data received by the “BtoB platform invoice” will be automatically imported into “Spendia”. It reduces the workload of the accounting department in payment operations, such as reducing the time and effort required to enter and confirm billing amounts and preventing mistakes.
In addition, the features of “Spendia” such as coordination of approval information and integration into advanced approval workflows in payment operations, centralized management of expense
settlement-related documents (invoices and receipts) by an electronic form system compatible with the Electronic Book Storage Law , it is possible to strengthen the prevention of fraudulent applications and reduce the burden of auditing, improving the governance of
expense-related operations.
