Outline of this research
Since 2018, specific health guidance has introduced a “model implementation” that evaluates changes in “body weight and waist circumference” (outcome) in addition to the conventional method of evaluating the amount of intervention (process). This research can be positioned as an attempt to verify the effects of this “model implementation.”
Purpose 1: Will those who have achieved a weight of 2 kg and a waist circumference of 2 cm escape from being subject to specific health guidance in the next fiscal year?
Purpose 2: Is there a difference in behavior during the specified health guidance period between those who have achieved the goal and those who have not?
Program: ICT-based Specific Health Guidance Program “Minus 2・2 Challenge” (Provided by Insights)
Target: 171 people who participated in the specific health guidance in 2019 and underwent a specific health checkup in 2020
