Keio Prelia Hotel Sapporo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo City, Hokkaido; President: Toshihito Honda) collaborated with Dynatech Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshihiro Horiuchi) From (Tuesday), we will start a new “advance check-in” service using LINE for the first time in the Keio Group.
This service is a new service that links data between LINE and PMS (hotel management system) using Dynatech Co., Ltd.’s new function “D-Lipeat”, and will be the first facility in Japan to introduce it. At our hotel, by completing procedures such as filling out a cash register card and paying online from the notified message or official website before your stay, you can only verify your identity and hand over the keys after arriving at the hotel. Since last year, we have been providing the “In” service, and when the procedure is completed, a QR code will be issued, and by holding it over the self-check-in terminal in the hotel, it will be possible to check in smoothly within 10 seconds at the shortest.

With this new function, not only email but also LINE notifications linked with reservation information (also possible for non-friends) and procedures can be performed, realizing an even smoother check-in.
