PhishER Rated #1 in SOAR Platforms for 6th Consecutive Quarter, KMSAT Rated #1 in Security Awareness Training Platforms for 13th Consecutive Quarter

G2 ratings rank companies by customer satisfaction (based on user reviews) and market performance (based on market share, company size, and social influence). In this report, in the SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) platform category, KnowBe4’s PhishER was certified as the No. 1 SOAR software based on 123 G2 customer reviews. PhishER has the highest satisfaction rating among SOAR products, with a score of 96 out of 100 and 98% of users rating it 4 or 5 stars.
Additionally, in the Security Awareness Training (SAT) Platform category, KnowBe4’s KMSAT was recognized as the #1 SAT platform based on 905 G2 customer reviews. 99% of users rate it 4 or 5 stars. The KMSAT platform produced the highest G2 score in the SAT category with a score of 97 out of 100. The KnowBe4 platform also has a 95% Customer Recommendation, 92% Ease of Use, and 95% Support Quality Score. In addition to the highest G2 score of all vendors evaluated, KnowBe4 was also rated #1 in market performance ratings.
