“Knowledge Work” is a cloud service that realizes various elements of sales enablement with one tool and improves the sales productivity of companies.
design point
1. Concept
In order to improve business results and capabilities, it is necessary to maximize what we should do and what we can do. In “Knowledge Work”, we defined four elements necessary for sales imaging. Specifically, there will be a knowledge area that delivers the knowledge necessary for business, a work area that connects business processes and knowledge, a learning area that promotes learning using knowledge, and a people area that utilizes human data to change work.

2. Speed
Instead of the pyramid data structure used in conventional BtoB services, we adopted a flat data structure that is often seen in BtoC, making it possible to quickly discover knowledge.
3. Seamless
Until now, it was necessary to proceed with the actions required for sales work using disparate IT tools. In “Knowledge Work”, by smoothly linking all IT tools, the actions required for sales can be realized within one service.
