I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued patronage. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage.
As a youth development project, our company has been developing a product development project with the Fukushima Prefectural Onahama Kaisei High School Fisheries Club Cooking Team since last year. The other day, as a new initiative, we held a tuna cutting show by the students of the “Fisheries Club Cooking Team”, but we decided to hold the [2nd Tuna Cutting Show] on October 10th, “Tuna Day”. Thank you. Onahama Kaisei High School Fisheries Club Cooking Team, as the only fisheries-related high school in the prefecture, decided to continue the “Tuna Cutting Show” with the idea of ”tradition” and
“succession” of the fish-eating culture and to prevent people from leaving fish. , We accumulated further practice and faced the dismantling show.
This tuna dismantling show was carried out by students from Onahama Kaisei High School, including the supporters for dismantling. The person holding the knife is Ami Saji (3rd year), the head of the Fisheries Club, and Ren Matsuzaki (1st year) plays the supporting role.
Using a huge kitchen knife and a saw, I sliced bluefin tuna (raw bluefin tuna) from Nagasaki Prefecture, which is 1m 40cm long and weighs 45kg, into 5 pieces. We sold tuna nakaochi, sickles and fences on the spot.

Fukushima Prefectural Onahama Kaisei High School is the only fisheries high school in the prefecture, and the cooking team of the fisheries club practices how to handle “Jobanmono” fish and cooks recipes using “Jobanmono” in order to convey the appeal of local fish cuisine. We are actively working on PR for prefectural marine products and seafood.
In response to a request that they would like to take up the challenge of dismantling tuna this year, the first training session was held on June 20th. With the cooperation of Iwaki Chumizu, we have been practicing multiple times and have been able to hold a dismantling show.
Maruto will continue to work with Fukushima Prefectural Onahama Kaisei High School to promote PR activities for local agricultural, forestry and fishery products, including “Jobanmono”, as well as continue to hold tuna cutting shows as an activity to make many people like fish. We will implement it in
