When asked, “What do you think makes employees happy
(challenging/enjoyable) in their work?” ” was the most common answer, followed by “Thanks and praise from outside the company such as customers (39.1%)”, “Thanks and praise from inside the company such as superiors and colleagues (35.4%)”, “Personnel evaluation of myself (30.5%)”, and “Good. A positive work environment (human relations) (20.2%)”.

It seems that there are many managers who are not aware that psychological safety is inadequate.
