JFX600-2513. Ink Supply Option” will be announced and will be available worldwide from January 2023.

The “3L ink supply option” can increase the ink capacity of the “JFX600-2513” inkjet printer to a maximum of 3L, and the 3L tank inside the option can be refilled from a 1L ink bottle. By increasing the ink capacity to 3L, you can reduce the frequency of refilling work and improve work efficiency. In addition, since ink can be replenished even during printing, machine downtime is reduced, enabling long-time operation and greatly improving productivity.
The “3L ink supply option” is newly equipped with an automatic stirring function for white ink. Eliminates manual stirring work, contributing to the reduction of operator work. In addition, by adopting a weight sensor method for detecting the weight of ink, it is possible to grasp the remaining amount of ink more accurately. “JFX600-2513” already supports our original “MDL command” that can control the printer from the customer’s production system and peripheral devices. Using this command, it is possible to unmanned, labor-saving, and automate each printing process, such as transporting the printing medium (workpiece). By combining with the “3L ink supply option” announced this time, we will support continuous automatic printing for a long time.
The “3L ink supply option” will be exhibited at “Viscom Italia 2022” to be held in Milan, Italy from October 13th to 15th, 2022, and will be held in Las Vegas, USA from October 19th to 21st of the same year. We will also exhibit at “PRINTING United Expo”.

◎Large format flatbed UV inkjet printer “JFX600-2513”
The “JFX600-2513” is a large-format flatbed UV inkjet printer featuring high-efficiency printing and high productivity thanks to its 16-head design. The maximum size that can be produced is 2500mm x 1300mm x 60mm, which corresponds to the 4 x 8 size (1220mm x 2440mm) that is often used for signboard production. In addition, direct printing on media is possible, and you can print not only on large signboards, but also on various media such as resin, glass, and metal. In addition to being able to directly print on media with a thickness of up to 60mm, it is also possible to print multiple layers of UV ink to create a 2.5D print (thick print) that creates a textured surface. It can be used for high value-added printing applications.
“JFX600-2513” is used in a wide range of fields from sign graphics applications such as indoor and outdoor large billboards and advertisements to architectural applications.
