“Project Z,” which involves formulating and realizing plans that are not bound by conventional sales activities, has evolved into a “sales force enhancement project,” in which the entire company is working together. This time, we will hold “Retro Cafe in Love” for the first time, where young employees, mainly from the Z generation, planned and negotiated to open a store from “what they are interested in”. We offer a wide variety of popular gourmet items from famous cafes and nostalgic miscellaneous goods.

I love to eat, and my hobby was visiting cute restaurants that I searched on SNS with my friends. So, I came up with this project, “Isn’t it possible to enjoy the gourmet of various shops in one place?”. It was my first time negotiating to open a store, and I struggled with how to develop the wishes of the store owners, but with the help of my seniors, I was able to realize it, and I felt a great sense of accomplishment.
