We use carefully selected materials from all over Japan for our products. “Matcha” is a combination (blended) by tea masters of Yamamasa Koyamaen, a long-established tea wholesaler in Uji, Kyoto, depending on the purpose such as drinks and parfaits. Even though we say “matcha” in one word, the method of picking, steaming, grinding, etc. is carefully examined one by one.
“Rice” is domestic organic rice. The rice is grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and is environmentally friendly. “Tuna” is natural tuna from Nachikatsuura Port in Wakayama Prefecture. We use tuna caught by longline fishing and deliver it to stores nationwide with the highest quality using a special freezing method that does not impair the taste, quality, and texture of the tuna. *Handling may differ at some stores.
