NSG Group School Corporation Niigata Sogo Gakuin Kaishi Professional College (hereafter referred to as “this university”, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture, President: Shogo Ikeda, President: Takao Kitabata) will hold the “11th kaishi collaboration seminar” will be held. Mr. Michitaka Hirose
Born May 7, 1954, from Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
In March 1982, completed the doctoral program at the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Engineering. Doctor of engineering. 1983 Associate Professor, Faculty of Engineering, University of Tokyo; 1999 Professor, Graduate School of Engineering, University of Tokyo; Professor, Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, University of Tokyo; 2006 Professor, Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, University of Tokyo; In 1930, he served as director of the Virtual Reality Education and Research Center of the University of Tokyo Collaborative Research Organization. Incumbent from April 2020.
Specializes in system engineering, human interface, and virtual reality. His main publication is “Virtual Reality” (Sangyo Tosho). “Between Humans and Machines” (Iwanami Shoten) and many others. Received the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Informatization Month Promotion Council Chairman’s Award, the Tokyo Techno Forum Gold Medal Award, and the Okawa Publishing Award. Served as President of the Virtual Reality Society of Japan, Fellow of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers, Research Coordinator of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, and Program Coordinator of the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology.
