Food Safety Convention 2022 Details
With the message “Safe food for everyone, everywhere!”, it will be held for the first time in 2020 as a place for dialogue where everyone involved in the food chain can learn about food safety and food safety management, and this year will be the third time.

The Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM), which works to support the foundation of food safety through the food safety management standard “JFS Standard” originated in Japan, learns and engages in dialogue with all people involved in food about food safety and the future of “food”. As a possible event, it will be held in a hybrid format on the afternoon of Thursday, November 17th. As the expectations and responsibilities of food business operators have risen to an unprecedented level, this event will feature lectures on the themes of “Food Safety Culture” and “Social Responsibility Expected of Food Business Operators,” as well as presentations by JFS certified business operators. There are case studies, and it is a program where you can learn about food safety and the future of “food”.

The Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) is the
organization that develops and manages the JFS Standards, a food safety management certification and conformity certification program originating in Japan that conforms to international standards. We are working to achieve the following objectives.
1. Improve the food safety governance of business operators in the food industry to increase their international competitiveness. 2. Produce food safety specialists who can also participate in international rule-making.
3. The third-party certification and conformity certification mechanisms that we provide will become the standard, reducing food safety management costs.
