OYO Corporation (head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter referred to as OYO), Pasco Co., Ltd. (head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo;
hereinafter referred to as Pasco) and Propre Pte. Ltd. (head office: Singapore; hereinafter referred to as Proper) We have developed a land information report for real estate (condominium market data version) that extracts information on trends in condominium vacancies and rents, information on similar properties, etc., which will be useful in the condominium development field and the second-hand condominium distribution market.
From November this year, we will start accepting online orders on the website of the risk information platform “OPx (*1)” (hereinafter referred to as “OPx”). OYO, Pasco, and Proper will continue to consider new services and data provision for the real estate market using OPx.

This makes it possible to quantitatively grasp the trading needs in addition to the profile and geographical characteristics of the target area, supporting quick decision-making for customers.

[About further expansion of collaboration]
OYO, Pasco, and Propar will continue to jointly develop new services for the real estate market.
First of all, we will collect proper real estate related data (for example, information on real estate properties for wealthy people and singles), information on convenient facilities for living such as nursery schools, hospitals, supermarkets, restaurants, population composition, future population, natural disaster risk information, etc. We plan to visualize it on a map and consider providing information tools that can be used for regional analysis.
