-Utilizing diverse human resources and creating new employment in virtual space-
Persol Marketing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President: Toshiyuki Takakura, hereinafter referred to as Persol Marketing), which handles sales support, temporary staffing and outsourcing business for store and sales support in the Persol Group, a comprehensive human resources service, will open in January 2022. We are developing a metaverse design business from October, and will exhibit at the “METAVERSE EXPO JAPAN 2022” exhibition to be held from October 18th (Tuesday) to 21st (Friday), 2022.
Persol Marketing will establish a new Metaverse Design Division in January 2022, and in April, it will open and operate “Meta Lab” to develop human resources who will perform customer service, sales, guidance, etc. on the Metaverse. I’m here.
In this exhibition, we will introduce our latest efforts to utilize diverse human resources and create new employment in the metaverse (virtual space). Through this initiative, we aim to realize the PERSOL Group’s vision of “Work and Laugh.”

■ What is “METAVERSE EXPO JAPAN 2022”?

For four days from October 18th (Tuesday) to 21st (Friday), 2022, we will hold an exhibition of Metaverse-related products and services and a conference inviting experts. Various companies, organizations, and government agencies that are driving the Metaverse business will gather and work together to disseminate the current and future image of the Metaverse. At the exhibition, 20 companies exhibited content related to the Metaverse. Also, at the conference, representatives of companies, organizations, and government offices will make
presentations and discuss various topics related to the Metaverse. Through “METAVERSE EXPO JAPAN 2022”, we will contribute to
accelerating the movement within the industry toward “co-creation” rather than “competition” and building the Metaverse.
