“Tokyo Tachikawa City #30 Fund” will acquire and operate a rental condominium building (hereafter, this property) located 15 minutes on foot from Tachihi Station on the Tama Monorail Line. The building structure, etc. is a four-story reinforced concrete structure with a tiled exterior.
