Time Leap Co., Ltd.
Remote customer service “RURA” to strengthen sales for housing and real estate industry through agency contract with DRC Tech Holdings Online seminars will also be held to introduce the latest trends in the industry and specific methods for unmanned viewing operations.
Time Leap Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Ryosuke Mochizuki, hereinafter “Time Leap”), which provides the remote customer service “RURA”, is KI Star Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture, Representative Director: Keiji Hanawa, hereinafter “Kei Star Real Estate”) group company DRC TECH Holdings Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Ryuichi Hosoya, hereinafter “DRC Tech Holdings”) signed an agency contract, and RURA by DRC Tech Holdings started sales to the housing and real estate industries. To commemorate this, we will co-host an online seminar on October 25, 2022 (Tuesday) to introduce the latest trends in exhibition hall management and specific methods of operating an unmanned exhibition hall.
Karza Robotics’ initiative for unmanned viewing
Sold at IKI (hereinafter “IKI”), a standard one-story custom-built house produced by Casa robotics Co., Ltd. (Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, CEO: Ryuichi Hosoya, hereinafter “Casa Robotics”), a subsidiary of DRC Tech Holdings. From the beginning, we have focused on expanding “unmanned previews” where employees are not in the exhibition hall. In October 2020, we switched from unattended previews using tablets to remote customer service using RURA (* 1), and have now introduced it in all 12 exhibition halls.
With the introduction of RURA, we solved the problem of “no one to ask questions on the spot even if you have something you want to ask or have a problem” that was seen in unmanned previews until then. It is now possible to provide support tailored to each customer.
As a result of expanding unmanned previews, the rate of requests for unmanned previews from the beginning of 2022 has remained high, averaging about 74%.
*1: https://prtimes.jp/main/html/rd/p/000000004.000059684.html Advantages in terms of operation of unmanned and labor-saving exhibition halls At Casa Robotics, we have established the “Robot Department”, a department specializing in remote customer service, taking advantage of RURA’s characteristic that “it is possible to serve customers at the maximum number of stores with the minimum number of people”. By being able to serve customers remotely, there are no restrictions on where to work, and travel time can be greatly reduced, so four employees belonging to the robot department can handle unmanned previews of all 12 exhibition halls. achieves efficient operation. Efficiency is not the only advantage. A small number of elite robot department staff will remotely explain and guide all customers at the IKI exhibition hall to increase the customer’s willingness to purchase (nurturing), and by dividing the role with the store staff after that, Store staff can concentrate on new order activities and post-contract work. During the four months from August to November 2021, when this system began to progress, the customer contract rate after nurturing by the robot department was estimated by the sales staff meeting face-to-face at the exhibition hall at the first visit during the same period. The fact that the contract rate is about twice that of conventional customer service, which supports the high effectiveness of nurturing through remote customer service.
Concluding an agency contract and holding an online seminar
At Casa Robotics, we have spent more than two years creating a new form of exhibition hall that incorporates remote customer service by RURA. We have realized various benefits such as improvement and acceptance of diverse work styles through remote work. He also felt great potential for unmanned previews, and thought that it would be possible to create similar effects for companies that operate exhibition halls, and would like to contribute by expanding unmanned previews within the industry. With this in mind, we decided to start expanding sales of RURA at our affiliated company, DRC Tech Holdings, which led to this agency contract.
In addition, to commemorate this, an online seminar will be held on October 25th (Tuesday) in collaboration with DRC Tech Holdings. Due to the diversification of customer needs in the digital society, labor shortages, and changes in the social environment such as work style reforms, conventional exhibition hall management does not attract more customers, or it is difficult to provide the viewing experience that customers expect. is becoming apparent. In this seminar, we will talk about the latest trends in exhibition hall management and how to use digital technology to improve the customer experience through unmanned operation, using actual examples at IKI. ■ Seminar name:
