To create aviation history, electric airplane “Alice” succeeds in first flight 12 electric freighters drive electrification of DHL Express global air network
Moses Lake, Washington, USA/Bonn, Germany – Eviation Aircraft’s world’s first fully electric commuter aircraft “Alice” has
successfully completed its maiden flight in Moses Lake, Washington, USA. Alice took off from Grant County International Airport (MWH) at 4:10pm CEST on September 27, 2022, reaching an altitude of 3,500 feet during a total flight of eight minutes.

Alice, Eviation’s all-electric cargo plane that made the world’s first flight DHL Express CEO John Pearson said, “We are very pleased with Alice’s successful maiden flight. This successful maiden flight reinforces our belief that the era of sustainable aviation has arrived. With the order of 12 Alice electric freighters, we are investing in net zero-emissions logistics.As a unique and sustainable solution, Alice will reduce the carbon footprint of our global aviation network.
