“In our industry, we have stores, so we can’t do telework…” Are you avoiding telework? An increasing number of companies are making good use of telework, even if the work content is mainly face-to-face work at the site, by reviewing the method of conducting work and making use of digital tools to enable telework.
This time, we will introduce various telework introduction examples in the retail and restaurant service industries, and talk about how to introduce flexible work styles that suit the industry.
We also introduce the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s “Telework Introduction Hands-on Support Project (expert dispatch/subsidy)” that can be used when introducing.
