(hereinafter referred to as WOW WORLD GROUP), on October 3, 2022 through a sole share transfer. As a result, we would like to inform you that our group will transition to a holding company structure.

WOW WORLD was founded in 1995 as “Asia Co., Ltd.” and has been providing the in-house developed product “WEBCAS” centered on email distribution and form creation for over 20 years.
In July 2021, we will change the company name to WOW WORLD with the vision of “creating a world full of surprises with the power of people and technology”, strengthen existing services, develop new services, and create synergies between groups. has been the pillar of our business.
