In this seminar, Mr. Shoji Saito, who owns a restaurant at the shared restaurant “Miyazaki Hinata Yokocho” operated by our company, will be on stage. Mr. Saito is a salaried worker with no experience working in the food and beverage industry, but just 20 days after the start of preparations, he opened the “Miyazaki Dekamori no Mise” with a total cost of 550,000 yen. It seems that he realized that if it is a shared restaurant, he can rotate the restaurant even if he has no experience working at a restaurant.

While working at an IT company in Tokyo as a salaried worker, he opened a store in Miyazaki Hinata Yokocho, a shared restaurant in Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture.
