“Gyutto Strawberry & Calpis” is a blend of Amaou extract and strawberry juice extracted under high pressure from frozen Amaou fruit in “Calpis”. Amaou, which is the raw material of the extract, has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and is characterized by its deep sweetness.
