The average asking rent for condominiums exceeded the same month of the previous year in all areas of Tokyo, Saitama Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, Sapporo City, and Fukuoka City.
Continuing from the previous month, sales of family-friendly condominiums exceeded those of the same month of the previous year in all 10 areas. Above all, the four areas of Tokyo 23 Wards, Tokyo Lower Area, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Saitama Prefecture have renewed their highest values since January 2015.

・In this survey, “rent” is defined as “rent + management fee, common service fee, etc.” paid by the resident per month.
・In the comments, 30 square meters or less is “suitable for singles”, 30 to 50 square meters or less is “suitable for couples”, 50 to 70 square meters or less is “suitable for families”, and over 70 square meters is “suitable for large families”.
・The average rent index in this survey is January 2015 = 100. ・Increase rate is rounded to the second decimal place. The Top 3 Lifters table is based on unrounded figures.
