From the 1st, at haishop cafe Shibuya Scramble Square store, we will start selling the autumn new work “Vegan Rainbow Mont Blanc” with 10 meals a day only. It does not use any animal products or coloring agents, and comes in 7 different colors using natural ingredients. It has a vivid appearance inspired by Shibuya, where diverse people gather, and the rich taste of chestnut cream even for vegans. It’s a feature. Also, from the same day, we will release a total of 6 types of new autumn ice cream “Pumpkin”, “Chestnut”, “Sweet Potato”, etc. limited to Shibuya. Montblanc and ice cream will be offered only at the Shibuya Scramble Square store.

We develop and provide menus that make everyone smile. From the perspective of environmental impact and food diversity, about 80% of the menu is vegan.

Vegan Rainbow Mont Blanc 1,200 yen (tax included)
A vegan Mont Blanc parfait that does not use any animal products and is finished in rainbow colors with the image of Shibuya, where diverse people gather. It features 7 vivid colors that are colored with natural ingredients without using coloring agents. The chestnut cream is finished with a small amount of salt and beet sugar added without adding anything extra so that you can enjoy the original sweetness of chestnuts. With haishop cafe’s original vegan rice flour cookie, vegan vanilla ice cream, popped candy, and sweet potato chips, you can enjoy the taste of autumn with various textures. We offer 10 meals a day only.

The ice cream limited to the Shibuya Scramble Square store has six new autumn ingredients such as “pumpkin”, “chestnut” and “sweet potato”. For each flavor, you can choose either ice cream using dairy products or vegan ice cream using oat milk. As an accent to the taste and texture, haishop cafe’s special vegan cookies are crushed and put in the bottom of the cup.

Hitoyoshi Chestnut Ice Cream from Kumamoto Prefecture
Kanagawa Pumpkin 650 yen (tax included)
Uses pumpkins from Kanagawa Prefecture, where the first haishop cafe was born. By steaming and straining the pumpkin, you can enjoy the original sweetness and nutritional value of the ingredients. Pumpkins are grown in Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama City using scraps of kelp “Bunko kelp” farmed for the purpose of global warming countermeasures and marine environment conservation.
Hitoyoshi Chestnuts from Kumamoto Prefecture 650 yen (tax included) This ice cream is made with large chestnuts grown in the rich nature of Kuma Basin, Kumamoto Prefecture, which is also the hometown of the executive chef and one of the leading chestnut producing areas in Japan. You can enjoy the gentle sweetness of the Japanese chestnut “Hitoyoshi chestnut”, which is loved by local residents.
Chiba sweet potato 650 yen (tax included)
This ice cream is made with sweet potato “Beniharuka” from Chiba Prefecture. Beniharuka, which has a high sugar content and firm fiber, goes well with ice cream.
