This time, we will introduce “VACAN Autokeep (hereafter, Autokeep)”, an instant reservation service for spaces, to “Cent Garden Ebina”. As a result, residents will be able to check the real-time usage status of the working areas and fitness rooms installed in the common areas of the condominium from their own room or from outside, and make online reservations.
Autokeep is a service that allows you to manage seat and space vacancies and reservation status without the intervention of facilities. A dedicated tablet will be installed in the seat or room, and the user will be asked to start using the tablet through the tablet when using it. By using the real-time usage data of the space obtained from this, it is now possible to check the current
availability and make a reservation online. Reservations can be made directly from the dedicated website or the installed tablet (* 1), and it has been used in cafes, bullet trains, offices, etc.
