“Dashi Presso” released by the long-established dashi specialty store “Yaizu Zenpachi” is a completely new liquid dashi that draws out rich umami and vivid aroma by applying high pressure all at once. Using our unique technology, which cannot be reproduced at home, we have succeeded in extracting the umami components, taste and aroma without impairing the flavor.
