Since I was 12 years old, I have suffered from severe dry skin, and for more than a dozen years I have lived a life of hiding my skin with thick base makeup. I’m 30 years old now, but I couldn’t show my makeup to anyone other than my family until I was 26, and I continued to feel a strong complex about my skin and myself, so I jumped into the cosmetics industry as a new graduate.
In April 2020, we established a brand as an in-house venture with the desire to create products that advocate “how to choose cosmetics” by looking at the behind the scenes of making cosmetics and the production areas of raw materials. I decided to raise it.
When I saw the theme of the pitch contest, “Change lives, change the future.” By advocating a “new way of choosing cosmetics,” we hope that each individual will understand what suits their skin on a “raw material basis,” and will be able to confidently choose what to use next. I want to convey the wishes and thoughts of “unito” to save as many people as possible who are suffering from I was eager to enter this time.
