Chojuso Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki Prefecture / Representative Director: Taiji Unno) is a new form of gourmet that you can enjoy on New Year’s Day by combining “Osechi and luxurious side dishes” at four group hotels in Ibaraki Prefecture. We have released the lineup of CHOJUSO GROUP 2023 New Year dishes and prepared dishes.

At Chojuso Co., Ltd., we have prepared 7 types of New Year dishes and side dishes that can be enjoyed in a wide range of scenes as gourmet foods to enjoy during the New Year. The 2023 osechi and side dishes will be supervised by Chojuso Group head chef Araki Kiyonari, who has a history of entertaining VIPs from around the world such as Emperor Showa and President Jacques Chirac at official banquets. .
A combination of “Osechi and deluxe side dishes” that is not bound by the format of Oju, with carefully selected Japanese, Western, and Chinese ingredients that are gorgeous and delicately seasoned, and a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese side dishes that gorgeously decorate the dining table without hassle. We propose a new form of gourmet to enjoy in the New Year.
