The theme of sweets is “Awayuki”. I made it with a focus on the mouthfeel and texture. A texture that melts when you bring it to your mouth. Fluffy texture. It expresses a gentle sweetness that soothes the cold of winter and the heart of busy times.
The first row has a theme that seems to be a Hachette dessert (dessert on a plate). The creative Japanese-style Western sweets on the second row are The OneFive Garden originals. The savory on the third row is an image of hors d’oeuvres lined up at a Christmas party. A fulfilling “Hokansu” will come true.
