At Bar 19 on the top floor of the hotel, we used white and red Christmas colors for cooking and cocktails for high tea that colors the Christmas Eve. Starting with a toast of Dom Pérignon, enjoying the marriage of Champagne Veuve Clicquot and savory, marinated scallops on the stand, duck meat baked in the oven, frites of rare fried tuna, etc. The contrast between white and red.
