Sasaichi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. On November 12th (Sat) and November 13th (Sun), the world’s only event where you can taste freshly made sake and Japanese wine at “Sasaichi Sake Brewery” in Otsuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture. At the new sake festival of Sasaichi Sake Brewery, the only sake brewery in Yamanashi that brews Japanese sake and Japanese wine, you can enjoy this year’s new sake and freshly made Yamanashi Nouveau. “Sasaichi Hatsushibori Nama”, a fresh, fruity sake brewed with water and squeezed for the first time this year, and Sasaichi Shuzo’s wine brand “OLIFANT” 2022 Yamanashi Nouveau “OLIFANT Koshu 2022, OLIFANT” Everyone chose to taste from a total of 16 types of sake and Japanese wine brewed by Sasaichi Sake Brewery, including Muscat Bailey A2022 and OLIFANT Delaware 2022. For the first time in the history of the new sake festival, Sasaichi Sake Brewery’s premium sake “Tan” was released for the first time in the form of a limited-time paid tasting. Each restaurant provided specialties tailored to each “day”, and we were able to deliver alcohol and food to everyone in the best way.
In addition, as a stage event, a special talk show was held between breweries and restaurants, where they talked about the characteristics of each restaurant, introduced the dishes that were exhibited this time, and talked about the pairing of dishes and sake, etc. rice field.
