About the sake lees project “Hacco to go!”
Hacco to go! is a sake lees utilization project of FARM8 Co., Ltd., which is engaged in “regional resource x application development”. In many breweries, tons of sake lees are thrown away because they cannot be fully utilized. We are developing and developing processed foods and sweets using sake lees with the desire to have many people enjoy sake lees, which is an excellent fermented food, without the need for a recipe.
