This year’s winter sweets are not zenzai made by boiling azuki beans, but you can enjoy both Japanese chestnut zenzai cooked only with domestically produced Japanese chestnut paste and natural water, and a new sensation “drinking warabi mochi” characterized by melting softness [winter] We have prepared “Fuyushizuku”.

This zenzai is made with chestnut paste made from Japanese chestnuts from Nagasaki Prefecture, and natural water from Azumino, Shinshu, which is rich in natural water from the Northern Alps.

This time, we will serve freshly kneaded warabi mochi in a bowl with a lid so that you can enjoy it in a warm state instead of on cold ice.
Warabi mochi is made by kneading 100% pure bracken starch with plenty of water and slowly boiling it down over time. First of all, simply enjoy the taste of the ingredients with a slight sweetness.
After that, add 3 kinds of toppings as you like, and enjoy the fragrance of brown rice, the high-quality sweetness of soybean flour, and the fluffy texture of azuki beans that spread in your mouth.
