A shared office with sauna “goodoffice Nihonbashi” will be born in one building. Flexible operation to meet short-term building utilization needs. [Pre-opening limited] Sauna preview will be held.
Gooddays Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Hiroshi Ogura), a business subsidiary of Goodroom Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President: Hiroyuki Ogura, hereinafter “Goodroom”), has a long history. In Nihonbashi, a city of culture and commerce, we will open a shared office “goodoffice Nihonbashi” with a sauna where you can work while being refreshed.
Goodroom started the “goodoffice” operation business in 2019, the 10th anniversary of its founding. The concept is “a shared office that supports the growth of your business and the way you work”. As a lifestyle proposal company, we deliver a new type of office that combines a space that focuses on “comfort” and “flexibility and cost performance” to startup companies nationwide.
As of November 2022, we have 13 bases in three cities nationwide: Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka. In addition, goodoffice can be used interchangeably with the goodroom hotel pass, a subscription service for hotel living provided by Goodroom. As telework progresses, Goodroom supports a new light and flexible way of living and working that allows people to “live and work where they want” without being stuck in one place.
Opened as a shared office “goodoffice Nihonbashi”
Established in August 1992, the IW Nihonbashi Building is conveniently located about a 6-minute walk from Ningyocho Station. As a lifestyle proposal company, Goodroom has proposed a “ordinary” lifestyle that cannot be found anywhere else through various services. This is the 13th location of the shared office provided as the shared office service “goodoffice”, and we have a track record of not only renting a whole building but also renting and operating a building floor in a short period of time.
The building is scheduled to be redeveloped in the Nihonbashi/Tokyo Station area, and Goodroom rented it in a short period of time and carried out renovation work. Through “goodoffice”, Goodroom will continue to develop office offerings that enable new ways of working that are agile and flexible, regardless of the size or location of the office. After the change in work style due to the corona wreck, it is an era where people’s lives and work are becoming seamless. With the brand concept of “a sauna that naturally blends into your life”, we have opened this time. As the first base, the sauna “Good Sauna Nihonbashi” will open for good work with a coworking space.
Points of “goodoffice Nihonbashi”
A total of 8 floors of goodoffice will be born in Nihonbashi, a city of history, culture and commerce. A sauna will be added to the lounge on the first floor. You can work while refreshing in the coworking space and sauna.
