This training is being conducted as part of human resource development for tourism in the post-corona era, and is scheduled to be held 20 times in Hokkaido by December 2022.

Implementation content
The training started with a lecture on the basic knowledge of inbound tourism (trends in tourism/tourism, changes after the COVID-19 pandemic, food diversity and hospitality) by lecturer/coordinator Tanabe Consulting Co., Ltd. Hokkaido Branch Consultant Hiroyuki Yano. In the second half, Ms. Misako Horioka, General Manager of the Tokyo Sales Office of Lifebridge Co., Ltd., was invited as a guest lecturer, and lectures and practical training were held on the characteristics of foreign tourists visiting Japan and communication in English with simple katakana.
