This time, we have released a cooking course exclusively for weddings in line with the venue concept of Sasayama Castle Town Hotel NIPPONIA. Appetizers include fresh locally caught vegetables, Sasayama flat-raised egg ufumoulé, and botan nabe-style soup, a local dish using wild boar consommé.
The fish dish features crispy scales and plump tilefish, combined with a sauce made with local sake from Houmei Sake Brewery, which has been brewing sake in Sasayama for over 200 years.
In addition, the meat dishes use both Tajima beef fillet and loin, which are the roots of brand beef such as Kobe beef and Matsuzaka beef, so you can enjoy the flavor without leaving anything behind.
